Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for digital products purchased from CodifyKit at codifykit.com. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

14-day guarantee. If a product does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

01 Nature of Digital Products

All CodifyKit products are digital goods (WordPress plugins, templates, and UI kits) that are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately after purchase. Because of this, refunds are offered only under the specific conditions described below, rather than as an unconditional right of return.

02 When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a refund if, within 14 days of your purchase, one of the following applies:

  • The product is materially defective or does not function as described on its product page;
  • You contacted our support team about the issue and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time;
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error;
  • You purchased the same product twice by mistake (the duplicate is refundable).

03 When a Refund Is Not Available

To keep pricing fair for everyone, refunds are generally not granted in these situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase, or no longer need the product;
  • You did not read the product description, requirements, or compatibility notes before buying;
  • The issue is caused by a conflict with a third-party theme, plugin, or custom code outside our control, and the product itself works correctly;
  • You lack the technical knowledge to use the product, but the product functions as described;
  • The request is made after the 14-day window has passed;
  • You have already received substantial value from the product (for example, after extended use).

Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to contact support — most issues can be solved quickly.

04 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@codifykit.com with the following details:

  • Your order number or the email address used at checkout;
  • The product name and your License Key;
  • A short description of the problem and any steps you have already tried.

We aim to respond to every refund request within 24-48 hours.

05 How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. We do not charge any fee for processing a refund, but any currency conversion differences applied by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.

06 License Deactivation After a Refund

When a refund is issued, the License Key associated with the purchase is revoked. The product will no longer receive updates or support, and licensed features may stop working on your domains. You agree to stop using the refunded product and to remove it from your sites.

07 Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with a purchase, please contact us first so we can help. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in your License Key being revoked and your account being suspended. We are happy to work with you to resolve any genuine issue directly.

08 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that order.
